Kell Hall has been at the center of the Atlanta Campus since the 1940s. Now, it’s coming down to make way for a large communal greenspace.

In honor of those old ramps, we invite you to take a romp through the bizarre history of Georgia State’s first home — the parking garage turned classroom and research science building that everybody loved to hate. Check out “Razin’ Kell” for the warts-and-all story.

In “Code Breaker,” you’ll learn about 40 Under 40 honoree Alaina Percival (B.I.S. ’02, MBA ’08), CEO of Women Who Code, an international nonprofit that’s changing the face of the technology industry all over the world.

This flu season may be drawing to a close but not before infecting more than 15 million Americans and sending more than 180,000 to the hospital. As traditional methods for treating the flu have become less and less effective, Richard Plemper, a professor in the Institute for Biomedical Sciences, has developed a new way to conquer the virus. Read about his novel antiviral drug that tricks influenza into neutralizing itself in “Counterattack.”
